We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
For reference, this means items may be returned within a clear inspection period starting from delivery.

Return Conditions

  • No obvious signs of heavy wear, damage, or misuse

We accept returns in the following cases:

Non-Returnable Items

Please note: we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For all eligible returns, shipping fees are charged based on actual carrier rates.

Only in cases of defective or incorrect items will return shipping be covered by us.

Refund Processing Time & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (such as PayPal or credit card).
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges & Special Cases

We do support exchanges, subject to product availability. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.

For return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant proof so we can assist in resolving the issue.
