Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included and intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
  • Non-defective items that meet the conditions above
  • Defective or damaged products

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Any products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order details. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Returns should be sent to our U.S. operations address in Federal Way, WA (full address will be provided after you contact us).

Please note: we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Shipping fees are based on actual carrier rates.

Only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items will return shipping be covered by us.

Refund Processing Time & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our U.S. warehouse, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (such as PayPal or credit card). We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges & Special Cases

We do support exchanges, subject to product availability. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.

For return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with relevant proof so we can assist in resolving the issue.
