Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
Transit Time (Estimated Delivery)
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
All delivery timeframes are estimated only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is straightforward and transparent:
- Orders $0–$80 → $8 standard shipping fee
- No additional handling fees or hidden charges apply at checkout.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also check tracking updates through your account dashboard.
Delays & Force Majeure
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Holiday peak seasons
- Supply chain interruptions
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.
For packages that are lost or arrive with serious damage, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update for assistance.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We do not currently offer in-store pickup or local delivery. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
